Shepherd Boy sculpture

Through the medium of bronze sculpture, Judy conveys the feelings of empathy and pleasure she feels for both wildlife and domestic animals. She often depicts animals interacting with people by drawing on a lifetime of ranch-life experience in west Texas.

Judy studied art at Texas Tech University while earning her degree in landscape architecture she has acquired a foundation in sculpture by studying with sculptors Garland Weeks, George Lundeen, Ed Fraughton, Jon Zahourek, Fritz White, Richard McDonald, Neb Jacob, and Tuck Langland.
